On-site generation of electricity from renewable sources
In 2023, we launched the first phase of solar power generation. We used the roof space on the production and administrative buildings of the plant. In the first phase, the roofs of the new storage hall were covered with photovoltaic panels, and in 2023 we already use solar energy to partially cover electricity consumption in the production of zeolite products. Each month we can generate enough electricity from solar radiation to cover electricity consumption needed to package the palletised products.
In the next phases, we will continue in expanding placement of photovoltaic panels on the roof surfaces of the office and production buildings. The aim is to build our own photovoltaic power plant and to use electricity for zeolite product production only from the renewable sources.
